Service

Mindscape connects clients in Kuwait with licensed mental-health professionals. We provide the booking, payment, and communication infrastructure; the therapy itself is delivered by independent practitioners.

Not a crisis service

Mindscape is not a substitute for emergency mental-health services. If you are in immediate danger, contact Kuwait's emergency services on 112.

Bookings & cancellations

Sessions can be cancelled in your appointments view per the cancellation policy displayed at booking time. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and the therapist's policy.

Conduct

You agree to use Mindscape respectfully. Abusive or threatening behavior toward therapists or staff may result in account suspension.

Limitation of liability

Mindscape facilitates connections between clients and therapists. We are not responsible for the clinical outcomes of sessions.
