Mindscape (the “Service”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Data we collect

·Account information: email, name, phone number (optional).
·Booking and session data: which therapist, when, in what mode.
·Payment metadata processed by MyFatoorah (we don't store card details).
·Session content (chat messages, attachments) — visible only to you and your therapist; stored encrypted at rest.

How we use your data

·Provide bookings, sessions, and customer support.
·Comply with applicable Kuwaiti regulations.
·Improve the service (aggregate, anonymous analytics).

What we don't do

·Sell or rent your data to third parties.
·Use your session content for advertising.
·Access ongoing sessions between you and your therapist.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing mindscapekw@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
